I marvel at your discipline and determination.
I watch how you just finished another marathon, completed the latest chapter of your book or gave your kidney to some girl working at the deli mart.
Your work projects are done on time. You don’t yell at your kids and your house looks like a museum.
I watch how you find time to bake three dozen cookies for your son’s class and volunteer for another committee.
You have time to make a meal for the widow lady down the street and can six months worth of peaches for the winter.
Don’t think I didn’t notice your example. I’m not like you yet. It’s taking me a little longer to be where I want to be.
I want to eat less and run more. Would like to read more and watch less TV.
It may take me a little bit longer, but I will get there. They don’t seem noticeable at first. But looking back, I can see the baby steps. I have changed for the better.
Thanks to you, I know what direction to head.

This sounds like the thoughts in my head as I read through posts from Google Reader. I have learned much and been inspired over and over reading blogs….and also felt a lot of guilt and felt more and more inadequate.
Your blog is definitely on the "inspiring" list and that is because you don't portray a perfect life all the time. You have a great balance of the good and not so good in life. One of the few blogs that seem completely genuine.
