If you can’t stop eating pastries, cut them in half.

If you buy a sundae, give half to your daughter.

If you can’t get to bed on time, vow to go to bed 10 minutes earlier the next night.

Read three pages instead of a chapter.

You may be taking baby steps, but at least you’re moving forward.
