Scribbled thoughts on theĀ future with Google Wave. Start the clock.
1. Real-time collaboration becomes so much easier. Once I begin work on a Sunday front page, Google Wave allows me to drag a prototype from my desktop straight on to the Web interface. (This does require Google Gears.)

Clicking on the thumbnail will blow it up to full screen.
Somebody who receives my wave can immediately enlarge it with one click and leave a reply.

Instant collaboration
2. Collaboration also allows real-time editing for stories as well. A playback button on top of the wave allows you to see the editing session as it happens.
3. Event management or polls are a snap with Google Wave. Just install the yes/no/maybe gadget and people can instantly respond.

4. Love the ideas from L.A. Times on how Google Wave can transform journalism. I’m not sure our reporters would like to have readers watch as they write the story.
5. Here’s how to tweet from Google Wave.
